How to take HealthGuard T18?
- Standard is 3 times a day and 4 capsules per time before meals. Some patients may need to take 18 capsules a day for heavy symptoms and large nodule.
- Swallow it with room temperature or luke warm water.
If patients are taking chemical medicines, do not need to stop immediately. Just take the chemical medicine 1 to 2 hours before or after taking HealthGuard T18. Since HealthGuard T18 will not depress or replace the Thyroid Hormones for you. It just makes your Thyroid gland to function as per normal.
If patients are not taking any chemical medicine, please just take HealthGuard T18 only. It is easier to observe the effectiveness of HealthGuard T18.
If patients always get stomach or feel difficult to swallow capsules, please twist the capsules and pull the powder to about 20ml warm water. Stir well and drink all.
