c) You need to wait for your 4 digit Expanded code from card statement. Then follow Paypal instruction to input this 4- digit code to the designated field.

| DELIVERY: |
The HealthGuard Team would arrange delivery by Speedpost or Registered Air mail to Europe once we have confirmed your payment. For offline bill payment, please scan to email us the copy of payment receipt within 3 calendar days after you submit the order details offline. Your record will be auto-delete if no payment has been made after the 3 days. Please be noted that no refund or returned of goods sold is allowed. Lead time: Normally takes 5-7 days by EMS speedpost, and 7-14 days by Registered airmail to all major cities. However, delivery time varies between local customs authorities' procedure.
Please check your local customs guidance before any purchase in this website. We are out of control of any local customs procedure including the delay or product seizure. If such seizure occurs, no refund or no refill of item can be arranged. |

| If you are not satisfied with your purchase after product received, you may submit request of return or exchange under the following conditions: 1) all materials returned are in re-salable conditions in original packaging within 14 days from ship date/delivered date., 2) Conrad Health-Guard is notified of the return with a designated application form, 3) the return is security packaged for shipping and handling at buyer's cost., 4) all consumed items of a discounted package are calculated based on its original value, and 5) bank or admin fee applies.
