If your purchase amount is over US$1,000.00, some countries card issuer will restrict card limit for online payment. If you encounter this, you would need to;

a) Raise maximum transaction limit through your Paypal account. (e.g. Some Asian countries’ card bound an upper limit of US$1,100.00, please check with Banker if so.)

b) Open your FREE Paypal account to apply “Expanded Use Enrollment” to benefit smooth & safe online purchase.

c) You need to wait for your 4 digit Expanded code from card statement. Then follow Paypal instruction to input this 4- digit code to the designated field.

d) After completion of Paypal’s “Expanded Use Enrollment”, No purchase amount limit.

The HealthGuard Team would immediately arrange delivery by Speedpost or Registered Air mail once we have confirmed your payment. For OFFLINE bill payment, please scan to email us the copy of payment receipt within 3 calendar days after you submit the order details offline. Your record will be auto-delete if no payment has been made after the 3 days. Please be noted that no refund or returned of goods sold is allowed.
