Q2. |
How important to keep a healthy blood circulation?
Human organs consume oxygen and nourishment and release carbon dioxide and other metabolic waste. This metabolic function is carried by blood circulation system. The heart pumps blood from left ventricle through artery to capillaries of organs. Red blood cells deliver oxygen and nutrition to organs, and then transport back the carbon dioxide and waste to the veins.
Microcirculation is the important part of blood circulatory system and it is called the second heart of human body. Diseases will occur in which the organ's microcirculation is congested. If the congestion is in the brain, the brain will be lack of oxygen; the human being will feel lightheadedness, stifling in the chest, and most seriously cause stroke. If skin's circulation is congested, It will cause aging problems of skin and freckles when it's serious. If congestion occurs in limbs, The limbs are numbed, tired, or even paralysis. Adversely affected by polluted environment, high fat food, mental pressure and aging problems, toxic materials will build up in blood, waste stagnate, which lead to congestion in microcirculation.
